  • Application form must be confirmed by the candidate's supervisor professor (For new students, by the Department Head).
  • Please specify first and second choices in Graduate school dormitory A(shared room with 1 roommate) and B(single-room) on your application form.

Application process

  • 1)First, download an 'Application form(Acrobat Reader version)' from the homepage. Fill it out and send it to E-mail(meddorm@snu.ac.kr)
  • 2)Submit a printed version of the application form and send it in with a 3x4 photo to the Dormitory Management Office in Yeongeon Medical Campus

Move-in dates

  • end of February
  • 1)Yeongeon Graduate School Dormitory accepts students on a one-year term basis (current residents are also required to re-apply at the end of their one-year term).
  • 2)Required documents for new students include official transcript containing GPA for every year of their Master's (for Ph.D candidates) or undergraduate (for Master's students) program. For new students, a copy of the letter of acceptance may be used instead of proof of enrollment.
  • 3)Medical examination report indicating the 'healthy' status of the student must be submitted at the time of acceptance. All the medical certificates should be diagnosed by registered public health service center or hospital in recent 3 months.
  • 4)Applicants can take medical check for free during "medical check period for the dormitory residents (early December)" at the first-floor lobby of Yeongeon Dormitory Building.
