연구분야

본 실험실은 면역 관용을 주제로 연구하고 있습니다. 현재 장기 이식시 면역억제제의 사용은 많은 부작용을 야기하고 있고 이러한 문제에 대한 이상적인 대안은 이식 장기 특이적 면역 관용을 유도하는 것입니다. 이를 위하여 조절 T 세포(Regulatory T cell), Th17 세포 분화에 관한 연구 및 조절 T 세포의 유도, CAR-Treg 생산 등에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 이종췌도 이식을 중심으로 한 영장류 실험은 최근 국제적으로 인정받은 우수한 결과를 바탕으로 이 분야를 선도하고 있으며 이종췌도 이식의 임상적용을 목표로 연구를 진행중 입니다. 사업단 단위의 영장류 전임상실험 이외에도, 이종췌도 이식 마우스 모델에서 조절 T 세포에 대한 연구, JAK3 inhibitor와 CNI와 immunometabolism의 연관성에 대한 연구, 중간엽 줄기세포 유래 exosome의 면역조절 기전에 대한 연구 등도 진행하고 있습니다. 의과학을 전공하고자 하는 열정적인 예비 대학원생들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
